Unique setting with special touches throughout including claw foot tub on the deck (unavailable in winter months)!

The space
Tucked away off Highway 108 is this recently renovated little cottage overlooking beautiful forest land with canyon views and a private trail that leads all the way to Lyons Lake. Enjoy privileges at nearby Sugar Pine Ridge also owned by your host.

Single story with a wrap around deck to enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets, surrounded by nature and wildlife. Relax in the antique claw foot tub located just outside the master suite on the deck. Enjoy soaking under the stars with a glass of wine , surrounded by God's glory. Very tranquil setting, yet conveniently located near the highway for great access to all of our wonderful mountain activities.

The kitchenette is equipped with a hot plate, air fryer, mini oven and microwave. You will have what you need to make basic meals but don't expect to cook a fancy turkey dinner in this little space. There is a full refrigerator, washer and dryer.

I will provide extra items that you may have forgotten to the best of my ability and am open to suggestions during your stay. The shower is a walk in shower with a curtain and is very easily accessible. There are 2 queen beds and 2 couches and a Love Sac. This little 1000 SF cottage is not suited for large groups in the winter. Summertime fun on the property and deck allows for larger groups to enjoy BBQ's, Corn Hole and Horseshoes.

There will be instructions at the cottage in case of a power outage... I have a back up generator.

Other things to note
Initially finding the cottage may be a little tricky. As you drive up the highway you will see see Zac's Gas Station and Mini Mart on the right and then you will look across the street and see a chain linked fence and you will follow that fence all the way back and that is where you will find the cottage. You will pass a brown building on your left as you drive next to the chain link fence. I am usually nearby if there are any issues.
